Darryl & I just want to Thank You again for the excellent service you provided.  From our 1st email contact to purchasing our home, your performance was top notch.  With our living in Edmonton and looking in Calgary for a home it certainly could have presented some challenges but you made the process very easy.  We so appreciate that you always made yourself available for times when it was convenient for us to view homes, that you always followed up with us after the viewing to get feedback and when necessary adjust our parameters based on homes we viewed.  As you know we’ve got a bit of real estate experience having bought & sold 8 homes previously so we’re pretty certain and specific as to what we wanted.  From the beginning, you listened and responded and worked to find a home that fit us rather than trying to fit us in a home.  When we did finally find this home you worked long into the night to put everything together for us and worked with us to determine an offer that ultimately secured our home in a multiple offer situation.  When we took possession you didn’t just hand us the keys and leave you took the time to walk through the house with us and share in our plans for renovations.  And to top it all off you were so thoughtful in presenting us with a wonderful housewarming gift.  The wine is long since gone but we’re still looking forward to a dinner out at one of our favorite eateries.  We have already told family and friends about our experience and would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone.
